I love the deep insight into the terrorist psyche: "If you are a terrorist and you can get a detailed photo of a military installation for free online, that's bound to encourage you to think maybe I can break in there." -- ZX6R F2 - The Gravelseeker BOTAFOT #121, BBB #2

And get shot, by the most highly regarded elite special forces unit in the world. Great plan.

I know you're probably being ironic, having known[1] a few actual terrorists in my time, I can tell you they're generally not that cogent as to think something like that through the whole way. And, sort of hilariously, the main SAS depot is not anywhere near Hereford. [1] and I wish I hadn't[2] [2] being menaced by your sister's boyfriend's cousin with a pistol isn't much fun any day of the week, especially, as it happened, at ~3 am on a Friday night after a long session on the vodka[3] [3] though perhaps more "fun" than being suspended by the ankles off the 8th floor of a balcony on Divis Flats until you "told them were the guns where", having absolutely no idea about what was going on might, objectively speaking, be considered worse[4] [4] the RUC took such pity on me after that[5] that they sequestered a car to give me a lift back home from the Crumlin Road nick to my flat in Bangor. [5] well, after one of the ex-Divis flat's tenants had a "nasty fall" down some stairs[6] [6] oops, I wasn't supposed to mention that, though isn't >20 years sufficient "wiggle room" for this sort of thing? -- d. -- d.

Has that anything to do with the fact that those the SAS tend to kill are the same everyone who don't think much of them and who by an amazing coincidence happen not to be British? -- steve auvache VN750 Third gear has scope.
