Rear shock only took about 1 hour. The front required the removal of the
tank, crash bars, jacking up of the front and removal of the alternator
cover. Removing the tank took about 1 hour as I had never worked on the bike
before and tearing apart a brand new bike was a little intimidating.

Both lower shock bolts needed to be heated to break down the red lock-tight
that glues them into the swinging arms and doing this without damaging the
paintwork took a long time.

Losing the front top shock mounting bolt amongst the engine took me 3 hours
to find it using a small dental mirror mounted on a telescopic arm, don't
you hate that.

Panniers took 5 hours to fit and adjust.

I have a magnet mounted on a telescopic arm. Came in really handy when I
dropped a cylinder base nut into the case on the old Sporty, again when
I dropped a nut into the sump of the Trump.

I enquired about Ohlins rear shock and fork springs for the Pig at Shock
Treatment three days ago, two days ago they said they'd not received a
reply from Ohlins, I'm starting to wonder if they actually want to sell
me any bits at all...

Send me a message off list, I have a very good relationship with the
distributor of Ohlins and can get you a deal.
