From: frag on 7 Aug 2010 13:26 Got a renweal quote for the 10R, 405 of my earth pounds. After a couple of phone calls from CN, the last one extremely bloody annoying ("When do you want me to call you back?" "I don't", "waffle...", repeat about 6~7 times until I said their online quote was far cheaper, and if they wanted to keep my business they should have sent their cheapest quote to start with). Online quotation from CN was 80 cheaper. A comparison website produced a quote of 121 which turned out to be bollocks as after clicking through and "verifying" my details they quoted 290 (HR Insurance). Next quote was for 250 from Bennets which is who I went with in the end. After adding breakdown and kit insurance total was 370 so saved over 30 and got kit insurance and european breakdown thrown in. Roll on 1.5 years time when the claim for writing off the car will be more then 5 years old and I won't need to declare it. -- frag MicroPlanet Gravity Newsreader V3.0 http://mpgravity.sourceforge.net/

Mine was 417 -> 250. -- Wicked Uncle Nigel - "He's hopeless, but he's honest" I've always been a man who's open to persuasion

I really don't understand the issue. Everyone knows web quotes are cheaper, why get excited about it?
