We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Adrian <toomany2cvs(a)gmail.com>
saying something like:

>It seemed to switch on OK afterwards, but the screen was totally dark, so
>no way to see what it was or wasn't doing. Which, since S-E's sync
>software doesn't do a thing until you make a choice from a menu on the
>phone-screen, meant there was no way to back the contacts up to a PC
>after the event.

MyPhoneExplorer just connects and goes, without any phone screen
interaction needed.

Grimly Curmudgeon <grimly4REMOVE(a)REMOVEgmail.com> gurgled happily,
sounding much like they were saying:

Find someone else with the same handset, and get them to run through a sync,
noting each keypress - asking on uk.telecom.mobile would be a good place to
start
