Can't see anything other than the image on that page using both Firefox and
Chrome

Nope nothing there other than the url for the image. What I'm after is
something like
http://media.photobucket.com/image/browns%20folly/petzl71d/BrownsFolly19-09-09018.jpg?o=33
and on the left you get various boxes with
[IMG]http://i688.photobucket.com/albums/vv242/petzl71d/BrownsFolly19-09-09018.jpg[/IMG]

in them.

Mystery solved - you need a flickr account to see the links, it would
appear. When I open that page in another browser, the links aren't
there. It's no real problem anyway, as it's easy to get the image tags
from properties, but I don't think flickr like that for some reason.
