A few hours after speaking to a rep friend of mine in the shop today I
got a call from someone sounding suspiciously like Terry Tibbs. My rep
friend was telling how two or three shops had been phoned recently by
someone sounding just like him and giving them the runaround. My caller
stopped short when I said "So Mr Tibbs, you're looking to buy a bike
are you?" and the line went dead immediately.

I suppose in hindsight I should have played along but I was too busy
for that.
