After my dose of Gas Gas, I usually need a lot of Ibuprofen.

Sean and I hoofed many blocks in NYC yesterday... a little shopping at
wholesale Indian nicnac shops, a little noodle meal at a cool Thai
place, a little interview with James Stewart, nice loaf of seeded rye
(fresh sliced) and an ice cold Fosters oil can for the train ride
home. All in all a nice little junket.
