Everybody should have one. Because the rest of life is not as
reliable.

It was fun chasing Sean around Jamie's track, just like old times.
Sean was on a poorly tuned 125 and I had a hard time passing him. I
believe there is no excuse for that.

I got a very late start and ended up riding from about 4pm until it
got dark - enough to get some exorcise and exercise; both badly
needed.

I love my Gas Gas.

I'm sorry...what was your name again?

That's funny, I love your GasGas and I rode today, too! Not your
GasGas, though...

Slippy McLatetwist

You can call me Slip.

I neglected to install the little rubber kickstand strap whenever I
had that apart last. I was horrified by the loud clack upon landings
as I watched Jamie air out the Spanish Fly. Then I noticed the
kickstand's, er, dynamic action. note to self...

My levers were strangely misaligned too. But I could either ride or
wrench. So, I rode. And she was happy to run for me - running pretty
crisp. Jamie seemed to enjoy the ample power.

Jamie, BTW, just plain smoked me on the wheezing 125. And he's
probably 50 pounds heavier than I am.
Sean is lighter than I am, so, uh, yeah, that's my excuse. He would
make a better horse jockey than I would. Plus he had new riding pants
and jersey on, so that's worth a second a lap all by itself.

Conditions looked dry, but there was no dust. And there's a nice even
application of Mother Earth under my rear fender. I love the way that
looks. Could I do a wall in my house that way? Perhaps I need a mud
hut on Moto Island. If I can grow hops there...
I'll need john to help me set up the infrastructure.

Welcome to Moto Island, where you can tap a VP tree and get 100
octane.

I need more coffee.
