We cook up several hundred pounds once a year for my buddies' companies' customers. Last year I think it was a little over 400 lbs imported from 1-800-crawfish in La. They also get a friend to man a smoker where links, chicken, pork and all manner of other goodies get ready to be eaten. Oh and we do potatoes and corn with the bugs.
