With those and the soft bar chaps I stay pretty dry through all but
the worst downpours.

But just like a whack-a-mole game, he gets old REALLY
fast, and there's really nothing to be gained by paying any
attention to him, even if it's only to whack him down again.
Life would be a lot better, all around, if everyone would
just killfile the fool. As things are, I don't have to deal with
him unless someone else responds to his drivel - but that
unfortunately happens frequently enough that I'm still
seeing way more of what he writes than I really care to.

Yeah , but it beats daytime TV . Hopefully the small business I'm trying
to get started will soon get me outta the house , but right now it's
unemployed city around here and I bore easily ...

Perhaps so, but my approach is to take and idiot and make him serve
some useful purpose, if he's going to be around anyway.

That's why I prefer to focus on the general narrative that plays out.
In Krusty's case, it's the bitter fruit he has harvested as a result
of his incapacity to accept personal responsibility and the self-
destructive, alienating attitude towards society that central defect
causes. There are things to be learned from the tragedy that is his
life and that's really the more important, more interesting and
relevant subject to consider.
