Yes, there is: http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/

It only shows ships with active AIS transponders (some ships
turn off their transponders when in the area of Gulf of Aden, for
example ;-))) and in the range of AIS system.

Bradford was where the stand caught fire. I suppose it might have
