From: Dr Ivan D. Reid on 30 Jul 2010 15:34 ....then what's going to hit me next? Firstly I lost my news-swerver. Which means I've also lost all my unread posts because there's no way to synchronise between the departed Brunel swerver and this one I'm test-driving. Then I lost my job. I thought I was safe on a two-year rolling grant but apparently the possibility of grant cuts from Swindon Town Football Club is so great that Brunel can't renew my contract on October 1st. So, no Higgs discovery for me[1], and mebbe I'll be going back to Oz earlier than I thought. So what am I going to lose next, my virginity? I'm going to have to change my .sig.
