Apparently Boris has no interest in maintaining cameras in the capital,
on the basis that they don't save lives. Meanwhile, the baying bitches
spray rhetoric in an attempt to save the children.

Swindon has adopted a similar policy i.e. removing static cameras. They
will continue to use mobile cameras in troublespots. Presumably that's a
troublespot which has great revenue potential.
