They were sorta in the middle of shiftin' from the old to the new
course when I took the ERC a few years back. The instructors weren't
too happy about it, either. Seems like it used to be more like the
BRC, where the instructors actually taught you stuff, and morphed into
some sort of self-study with the instructors basically standing around
as advisors. At least, that's how it appeared to me.
