Bronzing is coating something with bronze. Brazing is a form of soldering. And yes Ventura racks do have some welding done on them. There are a couple of methods of welding that can be used on thin material without blowing holes in it. Cheers, Dale.

my old neighbour and I repaired mine a few times, with a welder, although he was what id deem an expert at welding, unlike me..
