and CTP....

NSW already is "number one" if the contest is "highest premiums" after
all.

Well it's not as if the opposition have anything else to do with their
time. They can reply as fast as they like, all you'll get is a promise
to do better when you vote for them, and some rubbishing of the
incumbent, blaming them for all of the woes of the status quo. I
wouldn't go ticking it off as a great achievement just yet, it's not as
though the opposition member who replied to you actually has any power
to change anything.
