No, I was leaning more towards a policy which gives me my rego for free,
and anyone whose vehicle I deem to be unnecessarily noisy pays 10x the
"standard" rate and spends a weekend locked in the pillory while I throw
rotten vegetables at them.

Depends on the load carried, wind conditions and terrain. 65km/h is a
good average though.
