I found ya, and after all the clean-up, I wish I had bailed on the
ride as I had planned. Oh well, I still had fun despite the funky
conditions.

Yeah, we threw everything in the garage and shut the door, made dinner
& went to see Avatar. Still have cleanup to look forward to.

I've never seen mud like that at Carnegie.

I enjoyed Avatar. I'd love to fly like that. Just need a usb cable in
my hair. hmmm, maybe that'd make me a better rider, too.

We've been on plenty of muddy desert rides where it took longer to
clean the bike than it did to do the ride...

My buddy John wants to ride tomorrow, don't think that's gonna
happen...

I've had the same problem since about '02. I figured a new bike might
snap me out of it, and I wanted to try a 125, and also wanted to try a
GasGas, so I bought my GG125. It worked and I wanted to ride again,
but the bike was such a POS, it sucked the wind right back out of me
- I was completely frustrated with it, but I was determined to get my
mojo back, so I went out and bought a brand new Hondas, then another 2
weeks later. Ironically, I got the GasGas running really good.
Anyway, I'd rather ride the GasGas (it's kind of like conquering
Everest), but have these two brand new bikes sitting there...it's
confusing and depressing, and having all of these machines around that
constantly need maintenance and pre-storage work just sucked the
riding spirit right back out of me again.

Of course, I'm become completely bipolar as a result, but I still
suggest buying a new bike. I recommend a '06-'07 CR125 in new
condition - you can get one for really cheap (like $2.5k). Get rid of
the old bikes first though.

Say it ain't so! Do you find yourself ordering Pina colada's rather
than beer? Are you currently referring to your buds as your
"Manpanions"? Do you meet them for fore-stated pina's to strengthen
your Bro-mance? WAKE UP! You've been one of the back-bones of this
group! I can't believe that you'd go to the dark side. Remember,
crashing on dirt started to hurt in our late teens. Crashing on
pavement has always made one road pizza! You're just getting lazy,
Bro! The convienience of riding right outta your garage is trumping
the planning, loading, and drive to the track where you gotta lay down
10-20 fun-tickets to ride.

Then again, what the heck do I know!!! I passed up a fine riding
opportunity out at Prairie City just the other day 'cause there was a
"chance" of rain and I didn't want my newly detailed out bike to get
dirty.... I blame the Swine Flu.... Swine, pig, dirt, mud... Is
there a connection? I think so!!! No worries, Mr. Baxter, we Vet's
will make a comeback...........

In the mean time, BE SAFE!!!!
