I think you are way off on this. I suppose if you never start the dirt
bike, never have ups deliver a parcel for the dirt bike, never use the phone
or computer for dirt bike related stuff so you can't charge off any of those
footprints to the dirt bike, never load the dirt bike into or on a hauler
and use resources in your travels, etc etc..

The links in that piece seemed to lead back to basically the same article.
Now if you fed the dog a raw meat diet like some people do the figure of a
little over two acres for a normal dog might be arguable. But how much of
the acreage for a cow do you charge off to the people who buy in the grocery
store and how much you charge off to the pet food?

Our vet has a private plane, not a jet but perhaps the author of this piece
figured out how much of the vet bills go to create eco footprint and this
was left out of the article.

And how is the guy who is operating that two acres per dog going to pay for
his government mandated medical insurance if you take those two acres out of
production.

If you were to lose your eyesight or become disabled you would have a dog to
help you. Think about that. ww

My daughter's dachshund is a vegetarian. She loves carrots, broccoli, etc. and
is fed dry cat food just like the cats. Their excrement goes into the trash,
which goes into a landfill somewhere.

When the 'greenies' can't find something real to point at they make something
up. Poor sonofabitch was probably bitten by the family dog (probably with
reason) when he was a child.

The article did not mention if we *deserve* a horse.

Is organic fertilizer worth carbon credits?
We could send some to ozone al.

Have you heard the one about methane from the herds?

Blew my back out shovelling snow on Sunday. Friggin' killing me
still.
Maybe I'll try that Tiger Balm.

Speaking of tigers, do wild animals have a carbon footprint? What is
the carbon footprint of that Mayon volcano? Somebody should really
protest that.

I'm a monkey.
