PrairieRider & I just received short sale approval on a new garage
with an attached house.

Plenty of room in the driveway for 6 cars, or multiple RV's (I'll be
adding a 30A outlet to the side of the garage). The 3-car, natural
gas heated garage has plenty of room for bikes. The garage is already
wired for a 220V welder. Any RMD'rs passing through will have a
place to stay (5 bedrooms, PLUS a rad fort in the back yard).

We'll have a couple of months between closing and moving in to make
some upgrades. The popcorn ceiling in the great room/kitchen has to
go. The kitchen will be gutted & rebuilt. Tons of hard work ahead of
us. Then again, anything worthwhile requires hard work.

Yet another big step foward into a wonderful new life. I feel truly
blessed. Big housewarming party this summer :-)

Congrats to the two of you!

You might save space around MXofNations for
visitors.....

Go fast. Take chances.

'Kay. I'll be there. There better be a welder installed in that
outlet by then though...

And, unlike Tim, I'll take a bedroom :).

Congrats on the new life thing. PrairieRider sure seems like quite
the catch (calling yourself 'Prairie' these days, eh?) Long time
coming.
