Not too far from home for you to collect it, I hope this one is actually
screwed together properly.

Maybe you should have waited a week for this one:

Looks lovely but a helluva long way from home for you to collect it.
And it will probably fetch silly money.

That is gorgeous. And correct, AFAICT. Pix are a bit small....

I'll watch it, anyway. Oddly, decent bikes don't seem to be making the
money they were, or perhaps there's a lot of tat being offloaded (cf:
the ones you and I bought).

I've been out on mine today. Got it MoT'd and took it to work. Had two
people (one on a bike, one in a van) tell me it was lovely. Which it is.
:-))

I think maybe the recession is biting and garages are being turned out
for saleable bikes. The people who are running out of money are
typically toward the bottom of the heap so their bikes are not the best.

The black one is starting to look a lot better now that it has seat
rivets and a seat strap. The side panels now have gold decals and I
have all of the bits to return the headlamp mount area to standard.
Black and gold may not be correct but it looks great.
A few more weeks and it should be nicely fettled.
