So that'll be my insurance excess fucked. What about the locks? I presume the scrotes weren't carrying the bike down the road when you spotted them... Even when parked up securely in my lock up, my shite old bike(s) always have additional security such as disc locks fitted - did you not have anything like that in place? Whatever, tis a bummer - good luck with getting it sorted. :-) -- JackH

I've told this one before: A mate had his garage turned over and fitted an alarm and camera with flash gun inside, mounted up on a shelf, out of reach. The scrotes (probably the same ones) came back, set off the alarm and flashgun and thought they'd been pictured (this was before the days of cheap CCTV). They came back again the same night and set fire to the garage to destroy the evidence...

You know, I'm not sure I even own a motorcycle lock any more. If I do, I've no idea where it, or its keys, are. Mind you, in the confined space of my garage, even the steering lock would have made things pretty difficult for them. I should probably use them in future. >Whatever, tis a bummer - good luck with getting it sorted. :-) Cheers -- Champ We declare that the splendor of the world has been enriched by a new beauty: the beauty of speed.
