A while back I bought a Canon 100-300mm F4.5-5.6 USM from petrolcan
including a polarising filter on it for a ton. I used for the TT and
now it's time to sell it on, as I've decided I want to upgrade to a
lens with image stabilisation instead.

It's one of these, that normally go for a few hundred quid new.

I'm quite tempted but I'd only buy it to sell it on.

Not much point looking at the ebay prices, looking at completed listings
they go for about 100 anyway.

A year ago I would have been tempted, but I've not used my 200mm lens at
all, so I doubt this would get out much either.

ah see Ive only got a 18-55 IS and while Im quite happy with it and
like to try and concentrate on landscape stuff, Im beginning to find
the lack of a zoom (occasionally) annoying, especially in the brighter
days where I'd like to take some local wildlife type pics.

Ideally I actually want a 50 - 250 IS which go on ebay at the �150 mark
but it's out of my budget frankly
