I'm in Chester at the end of May.

How hard can it be? I've ran 17miles recently so it's only another 9 and

I've stayed there - don't bother eating in the hotel.

It is on the M56 junction, so actually nearer to Frodsham than Runcorn.
Alternatively there is/was a really nice restaurant on the A56 at
Daresbury just down the road - not much use to you because it was years
ago, I can't remember the name, and it may not even still be there.
