I'm in the process of painting my garage floor with
http://www.screwfix.com/prods/14817/Paint/Floor-Paints/No-Nonsense-Floor
-Paint-2-5Ltr-Grey

Gets pretty good reviews & it's way cheaper than the other garage floor
paints I've seen. I've found the coverage claim close to accurate as
well despite what the comments say. My floor's 53sqm & I did just over
half with the first tin, thinned with 10% white spirit.

Yes - it's what they use for line marking in underground/multi-storey car
parks.

kilo's *actually* gets laid. [1]

It is actually in 20l tins, and is around 45 + VAT
Lots of colours, but it depends what they have in stock. They usually have
white, yellow, black and blue.
