Having just had Termignonis fitted to my ST3 (see earlier post) the sound is
now "exuberant". I began to wonder about where to get it MOT'd when the
time comes. I will have a word with two or three of the nearest friendly
places to see what their view is on exhaust noise. However, if it looks
like there might be a problem I have stumbled upon a brilliant, inexpensive
and quick solution. See here, near the bottom of the page:

I did something similar using a dog food tin, but it was a woofer of a
