Spain? Italy? It's all Yurp, ain't it?
I just got round to watching the podium ceremony from Laguna Seca, where whoever was in charge of playing the winner's national antherm started playing the Italian anthem instead of the Spanish one. It played for 5~10 seconds or so, stopped and then the correct one was played. On the one hand, this was a simple... 4 Aug 2010 23:30
Any "hero" stories of broken-bone riders returning early to race?
When Rossi broke his leg, I thought "Sit the season out, or at least three races!" What has he got to prove? He doesn't need to hurry it. Why on earth would he get back in there any sooner? Then I realized that he's a motorcycle racer: where else would he be but on a MotoGP bike? I remember seeing Doohan ridi... 25 Jul 2010 08:42

Ducati switch to big bang for 2010
http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2010/the+new+ducati+desmosedici+gp10 The previous 800 bikes were screamers, but for this year it's going to be a big bang-er. I think this is quite a significant change, and might make it more rideable for anyone whose surname isn't Stoner. -- Champ neal at champ dot org dot uk... 25 Jan 2010 05:05
Honda buying in some Ducati know-how
http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2009/Livio+suppo+leaves+ducati+marlboro "Suppo confirms Honda role as Ducati announce his departure" Mind you, I don't think that what Honda really needs right now is a "Marketing Director for MotoGP activities". The Big Picture
With the last trifecta of the year behind us (the AMA, WSB and GP all racing last weekend), DMG's first year at the helm over, GP and WSB in the home stretch now, it's worth backing up a step and looking at the big picture, not so much the racing itself but everything else that surrounds it. So, with no further... 18 Sep 2009 23:37
Akuma Phantom II MFR Helmet Review
The beauty of the Phantom II is in its pure design functionality. It’s hands-down one of the lightest lids I’ve ever worn, weighing in at a svelte three pounds of total carbon fiber construction (covered in a UV resistant clear coat).
