Why? They do jpegs, tiffs, bitmaps, M$Wormfiles, whatever your pooter
will cope with.

There's a slight update on http://www.users.zetnet.co.uk/hi-fi/danny/

No, I can't read what's on the flyer - not even in me 'and. However, it
will be repeated on his friend's wibble.

My condolences.

Couldn't find anything amongst the riveting news, including:
- Brundall church extension plan
- Roundabout work not affected by snow
- Students get a taste of the bar
- Hindringham school opens new room
- Christmas shoppers seek bargains

and my personal favourite:
- A47 queues better than expected at Honingham

One for the Newsquiz...

I'll try to see whether the story's still up on the wibble - if not I'll
scan it and post it that way.

? Wass that?

It tickled me as I was trying to imagine (without reading the
actual article) what would prompt such a headline. My mind
went wandering along the lines of "obviously there were
queues, but how could the queues be /better/ than expected?
Shorter queues? Longer queues? Good scenery while in the
queue? Free tea and coffee being served at specific intervals
along the queue? Sudoku sheets being handed out at the start
and marked at the end of the queue? ..."

Having lived in North Walsham for some time, I do however
understand that life really is dull enough to report on the
queues of a local road.
