Expensive shipping. You could find a much better one in the UK for less money by the time you get it here. -- 03 GS500K2 76 Honda 400/4 project 68 Bantam D14/4 Sport (Classic) 06 Sukida SK50QT (Slanty eyed shopping trolley)

Needs a seat cover, the front brake rebuilt, the carbs > adjusted, the tank cleaned out, and a battery. $1,500 obo Not worth it from this side of the pond given the freight costs, but in the US, hell yeah. That's a new factory exhaust on it - they cost over £450 from Dave Silver. Rest of the chrome looks pretty good, as well, though the pix aren't the best. It's all original, as far as I can see. And it's all there. Needs a replacement seat - that might be a problem as it looks like Dave Silver has finally discontinued the new OE ones. So it would need to be renovated by SWK. A lot depends on whether it runs well - carb strip looks essential - and whether there's any obvious butchery (like to the camchain tensioner bolt). It's also a really early one with the pillion pegs on the swinging arm. I'd say 1500 bucks is a pretty reasonable price. |
