I filled up 4 times in France. Tried to avoid it as petrol is even dearer
than the UK. Only bought E10 at one location.

SP95E10 at a Total in Laon - smells weird, don't it?
SP95 in a supermarket in Bitche
SP95 at an Esso on Chalon en Champagne
SP95 on autoroute near Bthune.

In Austria & CH the fuel was labelled as 95RON, bleifrei or super. None of
it smelt funny so I'm assuming it was all regular fuel.

Yes. Bleifrei just means unleaded, as I'm sure you realised. Never
seen the E10 stuff anywhere in CH.

Oh, and while you're there - I never thanked you properly for the
beer. One of the 6Xs has just gone down very nicely, TYVM.

and thankyou for your hospitality - I'm quite happy to make a similar
exchange in future :)

for a canned beer, that 6X is not too shabby. Have you tried the Rhymney
ones yet?

I do that.

One, maybe 2 bottles of ale, then a bottle of wine.
