If it's coming from the gearlever oil seal, that was an old Suzuki favourite and relatively easily fixed. Anywhere else is prolly not good news. -- BMW K1100LT Ducati 750SS Honda CB400F Triumph Street Triple Suzuki TS250ER GN250 Damn, back to six bikes! I'm hoping that it's simply my incompetence with the oil and filter change done when I first got the bike and nothing more sinister. As the bike came from a trader, I guess I need to be careful not to do too much when I should be throwing it back at him, but similarly I don't want to cart it a hundred miles or so to discover that I've not tightened the oil filter up enough. Of course, it's very hard to tell if this is a long term problem or something new, as the bike had been cleaned very thoroughly before sale. -- Gyp GSX1300RZ R80RT R65RS replace .co.uk with .com to reply
