Mind you PM did this back in the early 80's only side by side with a real windshield and a heater (if the donor cycle was water cooled. yet another one of the 10million uses for a VW bug front end. ;^)

The tires need a flat contact patch to distribute surface pressure, rather than a round cross section. Bike tires will wear out in half or less of their normal life.

The body would look like a guitar pick, with the pointy end toward the rear. I stopped mentally designing the three wheeler when I couldn't imagine some attractive-looking stracture which would prevent the driver from being decapitated if he accidentally under-rode a stopped truck...
