If it makes any difference to him, it'll only take about 2 minutes.
But it probably wouldn't make enough of a difference for US to notice
anyway.
Sorry guys, but barring a miracle Scott is going to make us all look
like the over the hill bunch that we are. And he'll look really good
doing it.
Face it, we all have known this was coming for years. Time's up.
Our one saving grace is that he's going to be mostly riding his "old"
200 to save his 250 for the race we have to come home for on August
14th. The 200 will probably have the manual clutch back in it too, so
he might forget and stall it a little more than usual (but with the Z-
Start Pro clutch in his 250 he modulates the clutch manually all of
the time, so it'll only be a little more).

Bill Dart tells a story where he filled a buddy's tires with water,
slowed him down a bit...

Should we discuss pass SpodeFest tricks and post
warnings for the noobs? Or just "let things happen"?
Things like "take a knife to bed with you when you
climb into your tent" Beware the Zip-tie!
Or never let Baxter help you with your CamelBack, lest
you end up carring a rock 1/2 way across Idaho..etc...

The whole 30psi in the tire thing was not a camp trick.
It was from a faulty tire pressure gage. That's my story
and I'm sticking with it. I just picked up a $90 Motio-Pro
tire pressure gage, so that WILL NOT happen again I
assure you.

No warnings, where's the fun in that?
For the record, Baxter was the victim of the rock-in-the-camelback
gag, not the perpetrator. I doubt that any of you have to worry about
him in that respect.
I, on the other hand, would be VERY careful about asking him to "put
somethin away" in MY camelback. Even though it was all Bob Reinen's
buddy from Oregon that weighted Mike down.
I just closed the zipper.
I am SO looking forward to this!
