From: Putt#19 on 12 Apr 2007 15:35 It's been a while, some will remember me, most won't. To the point. I have a paint project comming in, '47 knuck to be painted Skyway Blue (tins) and Brilliant Black (frame and misc. parts). I've located a cross to PPG codes for the Skyway Blue, but can't find any info on the Brilliant Black. So, anybody know a cross reference color code or a source for the info? Also, anyone know how much flattening agent to use to get modern urethane to look like the original Lacquer? Much thanks and a round of drinks on the house. Putt... Putt... Unlike some here , I don't pretend to know all things about all things . You're no Johnny Carson , and your monologues have become monotonous . Your entertainment value has kept you out of my killfile . Don't disappoint me now ... -- Snag aka OSG #1 '90 Ultra , "??" BS132 SENS NEWT none to one to reply |
