What ever happened to the sense of style they had back in, say, the 1930's with those graceful sweeping lines; or the 50's with the big fins and gull wings and monster chrome grills; and motorcycles like the Indian with its big curvy fenders. Yesterday I was riding my S40 and a small riding group of 3 Harleys passed me. What a sweet sound. In the modern, plastic world there are at least a few solid, traditional and enduring values that remain: the taste of good food, the intoxication of fine liquor [in moderation of course], the love of a good woman... and the sound and feel of a Harley Davidson common crankpin V-twin. Time to catch up with the times. Many popular pistols have polymer ("plastic") frames. The newest airliner has a composite (partially "plastic") fuselage and pressure vessel. Sounds to me like you're not keeping up with the times. DF.
