FFS!

The $11k (7,300) + tax + registration I paid for a new 07 FJR1300A
two years ago is looking pretty damned good compared to that.

Our local dealer has not sold any, main problem is no space in any of
the luggage, tank range fuel wise is terrible and the look of the tank
and side panels, needs something to break a big expanse of plastic.

Goes well though.

Oh, and pricey, needs to be below 10k

FFS that would describe why I haven't seen one yet. That would buy a pretty
decent cage.

A couple of months ago you could still buy NOS examples here (ours are
denominated as the FJR1300AE) for $10k, they didn't sell well compared
to the manual shift versions. MSRP for a 2009 AE was $16,290 vs the A
model at $14,490.

I see the street price of a 2008 FJR1300AE has gone up to $10,699 with
the coming of spring (scroll down to the bottom of the home page):

A new non-current Fireblade can be had at Larson's for $7,999, or a
Pan Euro 1300 for $12,499.
