Buy a second one, of course.

I want to get to grips with the project TS250 before the end of the
summer, and in the past I've found that having a second bike, as a donor
and for showing you what bolts onto where and how when you're
reassembling the thing and have forgotten to photograph the vital bits
(ahem), is a Good Thing.

So I've bought this:

Doesn't seem a bad buy for �510. Might have some nicer components than I
have already on mine, which can be swapped over, and when the project is
finished, I'll simply re-sell it.

Very true. Hopefully one that in the end has a different set of faults
and/or desirable upgraded parts.
