Utterly bonkers bike for the time. He did however have a disc which decided to crack (at <2500mile iirc) and have both the caliper right off the forkleg, and him off into the bushes. Warranty repair + helmet/kit replaced FOC. Handling too was stunning after the older twinshock dinosaurs I rode then. Seat was like a plank. JB
