i mean isn't 10w40, the same 10w40? whether it be mobile castrol or
wotever?

and what is yamalube? from what iv found its 10W-30, 20W-40 10W-50
So if thats all it is why pay for the label?

If you were stuck and needed oil would you really say no i'm say wait
until my preffered brand arrives?

theres a BIG difference, depending on the engine...

2strokes rely on oil for everything.

4stroke bikes use the oil for tranny fluid- very important, also!

4 stroke scooters have a seperate tranny (final drive) and regular
automotive oil is fine in the engine.
