Some do, though. They like to ride them because it makes them look "fast" and
cool, even if they do ride them like Harleys...

And those who ride tourers and cruisers do so because they then have an excuse
for being slow (and having a much more comfortable ride in the process).

But having said that, they can still "hoon" if they so desired to. And legally,
all that requires is to sneak it up to 140 km/h on a 110 km/h freeway...
