Unless he still has significant swelling in the arm, the picture [1] shows a lack of vascularity for someone _really_ lean. Meaning that if his forearm is anywhere near normal, he could easily lose another 3-5 kilos. [1] Not only allowances for swelling, but a shitty cell phone camera.
