Thanks I think that I'm going also with Motul 5100. I have offer for
oil+filter for 29£ but I will go to see in Hein Gericke.

Even air filter. Is this offer available in every Heine Gericke shop?
My in Nottingham is quite small.

I use Catrol R4 in the Zed thou (same engineish) and the gearchange is as
smooth as silk, plus of course the engine runs wonderfully. Fully synthetic
it is, or supposed to be. It's never needed a top up between oil changes
either and the bike seems to like it.

Dunno.

Has to be said though that it never seemed to do the box any harm,
although I've heard tales of C1s letting go in that respect.
