I bought a jacket there once. Damned thing started coming apart as soon
as I got into the wind. Single-stitched seams just came apart. Cheap
bastards didn't want to refund my money.

Actually, what you bought 30 years ago is probably a lot better than
what HD is selling now. I buy leather for protection, a HD jacket I tried on
weighed about 8 pounds, my Fox Creek weighs 14 pounds so I'm thinking
it has thicker leather which might help in case of a unintentional get-off.
It also has several vents so I can comfortably wear it a bit longer before
the Texas weather goes from "warm" to "urban Hell" temperatures.
