Turns out I spoke too soon . The kids will get their stuff replaced , but FEMA is treating us as landlords and the trailer as a rental since that wasn't our "primary domicile" . Oh well , there are some other options we've been told about , but as of right now the trailer will not be paid for . Kinda sucks , but life goes on .
