.... so much for Net Neutrality. My former ISP told me another fellow
and I were the only ones logging onto the News Server and they
couldn't justify spending anything more for it going forward. They
gave me a rebate on prepaid Web service, but I found I could still
have Web hosting, Web access, and News access cheaper by paying three
different providers separately rather than buying a bundle.
