How should it have been, then? With a longish exposure and some wind,
I'd expect it to look blurred like that.

Also, the location of the constellations match what would be seen in the
north-easterly direction at 11-12 pm at that latitude, from Lyra (with
Vega) in left centre to Corona borealis at the right.
