We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember petrolcan <petrolcanSPAM(a)gmail.com>
saying something like:

>Bottled gas is for camping and superser heaters.

Is it bollocks. Rural areas with no mains gas and occupiers who happen
to like gas cooking don't have a lot of choice. The bulk LPG suppliers
are akin to gangsters, so that leaves smaller bottles as the way.
