Does having a mate in the Armed Response Unit get me a look in?

Not so bad. She's got over being poisoned on the general surgical ward in
the district hospital. Despite red wristbands they fed her food/meds
containing lactose.

She was moved to a community hospital and had another fall on Good Friday.
Back to district A&E for x-ray. No damage to bones, returned to CH.

Currently, she is sporting a black eye from the 2nd fall. Still a bit
wobbly on her feet. Dr at CH asked my sister about mum coming home. She
said that he'd better sort a care package first.

Despite the CH having OTs, physios, nurses & social workers all under one
roof they don't seem to communicate. This seems to be SOP for the area. I'm
currently on placement with a community care team in another part of the
county. Now they have had a week to sort something, without actually doing
anything, I will be on their case on Monday. I don't know whether the Dr
has had a clued up student lecturing him about an unsafe discharge yet...
