At least Kawasaki broke away from the boring crowd by bringing back a 250. Time for you to take a look at some SOBs, which one is a matter of personal taste and your chosen era. Just choose soemthing interesting and reliable with decent spares availability and you are unlikely to suffer any depreciation. You should, for example, be able to pick up a tidy 400/4 for under a grand or a decent RD350 for maybe 1500. Bikes should be FUN so I tend to pick something light and agile rather than particularly fast, YMMV. -- 03 GS500K2 76 Honda 400/4 project 68 Bantam D14/4 Sport (Classic) 06 Sukida SK50QT (Slanty eyed shopping trolley)

I chose Kawasaki at random. I could apply the same gag to any of the main manufacturers. > Time for you to take a look at some SOBs, Maybe you're right.
