Oh, I'm sure. But I would not want to see anyone who didn't *have* to
(doctors, nurses, nuclear power station operators) working on Boxing
Day. And yes, I do count public transport staff amongst those I would
not like to see working.

I like Wales, I like Birmingham, I like the <waves hand vaguely> the
North - what I despise is the shallow, lazy world of Barrat Home,
sneering, middle England where they feel superior to everyone else.

However, they're perpetually worried they're going to be ripped off but
see it as their mission in life to get one over someone else.

Without really understanding why.

I liked the idea of the only shop open on a Sunday was the newsagent
(until 10) and the pub.
